- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ The manager at this bank doesn't care about anything but profit. He will smile as he screws you over. If anything bad ever happens to you or you make a mistake, don't expect an ounce of customer service from this place. I was a long standing customer with minimal account balance mistakes, over drafted my account one weekend without realizing it (bank account balance on mobile app didn't update over the weekend), and on Monday was hit with all my purchases at once. The hitch? They weren't ordered by the time I bought them, but from the biggest purchases to the cheapest. This caused me to over draft $175 on about $20 worth of purchases. When I went to him for help, explained that I was currently in a financial hardship and I needed every dollar, he said "Hey, I'm doing you a favor here, I'm going to refund one of them". ONE?
